One of the keys for a successful H&S program is meeting timelines and deadlines. At CWSC we ensure that we meet or exceed these requirements for our clients by doing follow-up’s with persons responsible for the tasks that have been given to them. We encourage two way conversations and communication to understand why the health and safety components need to be met within a timely manner. We keep spreadsheets with dates and times, and to whom the projects have been assigned to, in order to follow-up with timelines and those responsible for assigned task completions. By using our risk assessment ratings to prioritize the importance of Health and Safety tasks, it gives us the ability to assign timelines according to the risks associated with the hazards presented and ensuring that all requested work is completed in a timely manner.
At CWSC, we believe that having a Safety Culture brings added value to a Health and Safety Program by being self managed and maintained by staff. We help our clients in minimizing the need for a full time health and safety staff, as the programs manage themselves.
