How does it work...?
A friendly, caring Personal Response Associate from CWSC's Check-In Service calls you or your loved one once, twice or three times as directed, at the times you choose.
Once staff has a brief, friendly comversation with your loved one. We check on their well being and if all is well, says goodbye until the next call.
If your loved one is in distress and requires assistance, we immediately call the contact person designated or emervency services, depending in your loved one's needs.
