Our Patient Transport medical team is selected based on the care needs of the patient. Our crew provide a high level of patient comfort where patients are attended to during all aspects of the journey. 

Based in the Cariboo, British Columbia, we transport patients for regular hospital or doctors visits from door to door. CWSC's Transport division has a transportation network supporting people in many rural and remote regions who face barriers for needed medical travel.

Family Escorts

When possible, family members may also accompany patients for additional support and companionship during Stretcher or Ambulatory transfers.

Stretcher Transfers

Patients who are bed-bound or are unable to sit upright can be transferred by a two-person transfer crew using our specialized Stretcher equipment. Patients who are unable to walk up or down stairs at a pick up or drop off location are also required to travel by Stretcher.
